By downloading or using Desbanco (the "App") you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the App.
1. What Desbanco is
Desbanco is a personal tracking tool for people who decide to stop betting. It records days without betting and estimates of money not spent, based on figures you enter yourself.
Desbanco doesn’t offer, facilitate, or process betting of any kind, and it doesn’t give you access to any gambling platform. It’s not a sportsbook — it’s a recovery and tracking tool for people who are quitting.
Desbanco is also not a medical, psychological, or health service, and it is not a substitute for professional care.If you need help, reach out to a professional or a support line. In the United States, the National Problem Gambling Helpline, 1-800-522-4700.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using it, you confirm that you meet that requirement.
3. Your account and your data
You are responsible for the information you enter. The money figures the App shows are estimates calculated from the weekly amount you report: they are not financial advice and they are not an account statement.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Desbanco offers an Annual plan and a Monthly plan by subscription, plus a one-time Lifetime plan. Purchases are processed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play; billing, renewals, and refunds are governed by those platforms' policies.
- Annual and Monthly plans (subscription): these renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, from your account settings in the relevant store. If a plan includes a trial period, billing starts when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
- Lifetime plan: a one-time purchase. It doesn’t renew and won’t generate any future charges.
5. Acceptable use
You may not copy, resell, decompile, or use the App for unlawful purposes, or attempt to access anyone else’s data.
6. Intellectual property
The Desbanco name, design, and code belong to their owners. These terms don’t transfer any rights in them to you.
7. Warranties and liability
The App is provided "as is." We don’t guarantee that using it produces any particular outcome. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we’ll say so in the App or by email. You can stop using Desbanco at any time by deleting the App.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. That doesn’t apply to in-app purchases: as explained in section 4, those are governed by the App Store’s or Google Play’s policies.
